Southpark Corporation is proud to successfully complete a state-of-the-art, custom-built facility for Mainfreight, designed to meet the company’s unique logistics and operational requirements.

This impressive 18,500m² warehouse features a 12,000m² raised dock, a 1,800m² two-level office block, and a multi-level carpark, along with an expansive 13,000m² yard area. The site’s strategic location adjacent to KiwiRail’s North Island Main Trunk line played a crucial role in the success of this project. Southpark integrated a rail siding directly into the warehouse, providing seamless connectivity for Mainfreight’s transport operations.

The two-level office block includes a reception area on the second floor, with an impressive full-height glazed wall offering grandstand views over the warehouse operation. On the ground floor, staff amenities are well-equipped, featuring drivers’ sleep rooms, and a commercial kitchen.
