Julie joined the Southpark Property Management team in 2018 to manage our commercial property portfolio, which consists mainly of industrial warehouses in South Auckland. She brings with her a broad experience from within the property industry having worked both as a Landlords representative as well as Tenants. She has most recently lead Auckland Transports corporate property team including development and implementation of their corporate real estate strategy. She has also managed a mixed commercial property portfolio across different New Zealand developing and monitoring capital and operational life cycle programmes and budgets She brings with her an extensive lease negotiation experience including new leases, rights of renewals, rent reviews and makegood obligations. Julie’s focus is building relationships to ensure that we continue to deliver outstanding property solutions for our tenants.
